Returns and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your goods, please contact customer service at service@hatley.com. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. To receive your refund to your original payment method, your online return must be initiated within 40 days of the order shipment date. Return shipping is completely at the cost of the customer, but returning via the regular postal service will do just fine. Please also note we do not refund the shipping charges you paid when you placed your order.

When returning an item to us, please include a copy of the Returns Form (also found on the back of the packing slip included with the website order).

If you purchased the item somewhere else other than our website, please contact the store and follow their return procedures.

We ask that you allow up to 30 days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
