1. Eligibility: The Relax, Reset, Renew Contest is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who sign up at hatley.com/contest-sign-up. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of their date of entry in this promotion in order to qualify. This contest is subject to federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. Hatley’s, Manoir Hovey’s and Pixie Mood’s employees, their subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and directors (collectively the “Employees”), as well as members of an Employees' immediate family and/or those living in the same household of Employees are ineligible to participate in the Relax, Reset, Renew Contest.

2. Sponsorship. The sponsors are Hatley Little Blue House inc, located at 4001 boul. de la Côte-Vertu Ouest, Saint-Laurent, QC H4R 1R5 Canada, Manoir Hovey, located at 575 rue Hovey, North Hatley, QC J0B 2C0 Canada and Pixie Mood, located at 160 Konrad Cres. Unit 4, Markham, ON L3R 9T9 Canada. Sponsors will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these Official Rules.

3. Agreement to Rules: By entering this Contest, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsors' Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsors reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. By entering this Contest the You represents and warrants that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsors as final and binding as it relates to the content of the Relax, Reset, Renew Contest.

4. The Relax, Reset, Renew Contest Entry Period: This promotion begins on April 18 2022 and ends on May 15 2022 at 11:59 PM ET (“Entry Period”). To be eligible for the Contest, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period.

5. How to Enter: Eligible entrants can enter The Relax, Reset, Renew Contest once (1 time) by submitting their entry via the online form provided at hatley.com/contest-sign-up and completing the required steps. No purchase is necessary; however, participants must have an active Instagram account. As a participant, your entry must fully meet all Contest requirements, as specified in the Official Rules, in order to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications will be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

• Participants must consent to receiving each of the Sponsors newsletter (Participants may withdraw their consent at any time after the Contest.)
• Participants must follow the Sponsors Instagram accounts listed.
• Participants must like and save the Contest post on Instagram. Any comments made on the post do not count as bonus entries.
• Participants must confirm that they read and accept these terms and conditions.
• Participants must confirm that they are 18 years or older.

If any fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules are detected may result in the Sponsors invalidating such entries and removing them from the Contest at the Sponsors’ sole discretion.

6. Prizes: The 3 winners of the Relax, Reset, Renew Contest (the “Winners”) will receive the following, depending on whether they are the first, second or third place winner. All amounts are listed in Canadian dollars:

First prize (1 winner):

• A 2-nights stay in one of Manoir Hovey’s lake view suite, including all meals. Double occupancy. - Approximate value $1,500
• A $500 Hatley website credit
• A $400 Pixie Mood website credit
• Transportation to and from Manoir Hovey – Value ranges between $300 and $4,000 depending on if airfare is also required.

Second place prize (1 winner):

• A $200 Hatley website credit
• A $200 Pixie Mood website credit
• A $100 gift basket of l’Occitane products from Manoir Hovey

Third place prize (1 winner):

• $100 Hatley website credit
• $100 Pixie Mood website credit

Some of the actual/appraised value of the prizes may differ at the time the prizes are awarded. There shall be no cash or other prize substitution permitted except at the discretion of the Sponsors. The prizes are non-transferable. The Winners, upon acceptance of their respective prizes, must provide their full name, address and any other identification required. The Winners are solely responsible for all expenses related to, including without limitation any and all local, provincial, state, and federal taxes.

The First Place Prize Winner and their guest must be able to travel and must have valid passports (if required). The Sponsors are not responsible for any costs related to obtaining a passport or to Covid 19 testing or delays occasioned by measures put in place by Transport Canada. Blackout dates do apply: the First Place Prize Winner and their guest can book their 2-nights stay at Manoir Hovey from May 16 to June 5 and then from October 1 to December 31, 2022 and from Sunday to Thursday only.

The Winners shall not transfer assignment of their prize to others nor shall the Winners request cash equivalents or prize substitutions. By accepting the prizes, the selected Winners grants permission for the Sponsors to use their likeness, and name for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

7. Odds: The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.

8. Selection and Notification of Winners: On May 16, 2022, the Sponsor, Hatley, will randomly select three (3) Winners from the entries collected through the registration form. Hatley will verify the eligibility of each Winner first. Hatley will then notify the Winners by email and direct message on their Instagram accounts. The Sponsors are not responsible for, nor shall they be liable for the Winners’ failure to receive notices by email or Instagram due to security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email. If any of the three (3) Winners fail to claim their prize within 48 hours from the time the award notifications are sent, their prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected. Receipt of the prizes (offered in the Relax, Reset, Renew Contest) by the Winners is upon the condition of compliance with any and all federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations. IF ANY OF THE WINNERS VIOLATE ANY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY THEM, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS A WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

9. Terms & Conditions: The Sponsors reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Relax, Reset, Renew Contest should non-authorized human intervention, bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors, impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the Relax, Reset, Renew Contest. In the event of any of the above issues, the Sponsors may determine the Winners based on all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsors. Individuals who tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or entry process of the Contest or website or violates these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified. The Sponsors reserve the right to maintain the integrity of the Relax, Reset, Renew Contest, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user; multiple entries from the same email address; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Attempts by any entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Relax, Reset, Renew Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. If any such attempt is made, the Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability: Your entry into this Contest constitutes Your agreement to release and absolve the Sponsors and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the Contest and/or the 1) Each Winner accepting, possessing, using, or misusing of any awarded prize or any portion thereof; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; 5) electronic error or human error in the Promotion administration or the processing of entries of this Contest.

11. Disputes: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF CANADA AND QUÉBEC, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. The Entrant agrees, as a condition of participating in this promotion, that if any disputes cannot be resolved between the Entrant and the Sponsors, and if causes of action arise out of or are connected with this Contest, they shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in Québec having jurisdiction, without resorting to any form of class action. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees. The entrant waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

12. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Sponsors respective websites.

15. By checking the box on the registration form, You, the Entrant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
