Returns and Exchanges

We want to make sure you are fully satisfied with your Hatley purchase. If you would like to return an unworn and unused item and receive a full refund to your original payment method, your online return must be initiated within 40 days of the order shipment date.

PLEASE NOTE: All orders placed during the holiday season (November 1-December 31 2020) can be returned through January 31 2021.

We only provide refunds for items purchased on the Hatley.com website. If you purchased the item at one of our retail stores, please contact the store directly and follow their return procedures.

If you would like to make an exchange, simply return the item and place a new order.

Preparing your order for return:

1) Please email customer service with your order number and item that you are returning using our Contact Us Form.

2) Place the items you are returning along with your packing list in a securely sealed shipping container. You can reuse the shipping container you received your order in, just make sure any old labels on your package are removed or obscured. Then affix your shipping label.

Return Procedure:

There are two options for returns in Canada:

1) Print a prepaid Canada Post Label. If you purchased your items through a Hatley account (and did not order it as a GUEST), you can return your items with a prepaid Canada Post return shipping label. A $5 (plus tax) fee will be deducted from your refund. 

  1. Login to your account here.
  2. Click on VIEW next to the order you wish to return.
  3. Select REQUEST A RETURN.
  4. Add all the items you wish to return and the reason for return then select CONTINUE.
  5. Read the terms and conditions and check the I agree to the terms and conditions box.
  6. Select REQUEST THIS RETURN button.
  7. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to review and approve your return. Once approved you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to print your return label.
2) Send back your item(s) using your own preferred method of shipment. Please note that return delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We ask that you allow up to 30 days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

Please note that we do not refund the shipping charges you may have paid when you placed your order.
